[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”327″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Since officially entering the portal in late January, Iowa State transfer offensive lineman Joey Ramos has received several offers before announcing a top three of Arizona State, Bowling Green and Tulsa earlier this week.

Aside from these three schools, Ramos also picked up offers from Fresno State, Arkansas State, New Mexico State, UMass and Buffalo, so what stood out amongst the three schools he chose to focus on?

“I chose these three schools because they are giving me the best opportunity at becoming the best version of myself on the field and off the field,” said Ramos. “I chose the schools because I enter the transfer portal graduating with a business degree, and the schools have some of the best MBA programs for what I’m looking for.”

One of the things that stood out to all of the schools that offered Ramos is the versatility he possesses on the line.

“I am being recruited as a tackle, but I am willing to play any position on the offensive line,” he said. “I have enough skills and have practice at each position to handle myself very well.”

Now focused on the three, Ramos has already taken an official visit to Tulsa in early March, took an unofficial to Tempe while he was home in Arizona and will visit Bowling Green next weekend.

Ramos is also nearing a final decision.
