Several programs have had a busy recruiting month in March. One of these has been Syracuse, which finished the month by adding their fifth commitment in the last ten days.

Zaiden McDonald, 6-foot-1 and 185-pounds, plays at Shabazz High School in Newark, New Jersey. Considered a three-star, he chose the Orange over offers from Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Virginia, Stanford, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Illinois North Carolina, Duke, Boston College, Northwestern, Maryland, Kentucky and others.
That is a long list of impressive offers and a nice recruiting victory for Head Coach Fran Brown, who has been on a roll. Aside from McDonald being the fifth commitment in the last ten days, he is the 14th overall.
McDonald had previously taken unofficial visits to Penn State, multiple times, Ohio State and Pittsburgh.
