The HBO show Hard Knocks is an off-season religion for NFL fans. But that was always during preseason camp until recent years when the NFL decided to branch out with an “offseason” version. This year, after hitting a wall with finding a willing victim, NFL Films has turned in a unique direction:

With Bill Belichick taking over at North Carolina, there was never going to be a lack of publicity during the offseason in Chapel Hill. But it seems as though Coach Belichick wants even more.
The one part of this news that isn’t surprising is that NFL Films couldn’t find an NFL team to do this year’s show. After watching the New York Giants last year, it is easy to understand why no other owner or general manager wants to have that much video available of their off-season.
Prepare yourselves for an even heavier dose of Bill Belichick and North Carolina this offseason.
