1. Steve Sarkisian, Texas
Sark has been through a ton as we all know and still came through it with a great attitude as a nice guy in one of the biggest and pressure-filled jobs in the country. This guy can handle any and all criticism.

2. James Franklin, Penn State
Franklin gets a lot of grief for not winning the big games and even gets questioned as a coach even though one look at what he did at Vanderbilt should be enough for anyone. Through it all he remains professional and classy even though some fans think he’s not self effacing enough.

3. Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss
From the hatred from the Vols fans to the embarrassment of the USC firing, Kiffin has handled it all well. His sense of humor helps and he has a way of accepting criticism and even laying it on himself.

4. Ryan Day, Ohio State
For a coach with such an amazing record and multiple playoff appearances, Day takes a ton of grief especially from Michigan fans and, of course, his own fan base. Through it all he rarely lets it bother him, Lou Holtz aside.

5. Mike Norvell, Florida State
There were calls for his job early in his FSU tenure and he handled it well. And the playoff snub was handled perfectly as well. Norvell just goes about his business and deserves mad respect.
