By Mike Lilly

As we dive into January’s recruiting contact period, and multiple “Junior Days” take place on campuses across America, we’ve seen some news and developments on many top 2025 prospects:

David Sanders Jr.

Charlotte, NC

The 6’6 270 lb. offensive lineman currently holds 34 offers including offers from Georgia, Ohio State, Alabama and Clemson.

Extremely honored and blessed to receive an Offer from The University of Clemson!!! @PDS_ChargersFB @ChadGrier_ @Jongoody76 @Coach__TA @ClemsonFB pic.twitter.com/56uHn9R7Uf

• Sanders is one of the most sought after tackles in the 2025 cycle given his athletic frame and build. He is seen by many as a player that can make and impact and see snaps as soon as he arrives on any campus.

• Sanders is slated to be on campus with Clemson for their Junior Day on January 27th, after he unofficially visited in the fall. He also made visits in the fall to Florida State, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Sanders took an early interest to Clemson, and it seems they are keeping momentum getting him on campus with recently-hired offensive line coach Matt Luke.

Early Prediction: Clemson

CB Na’eem Offord

Birmingham, AL

— Na’eem Offord (@OffordNaeem) January 10, 2024

• The 6’1 185 lb. defensive back currently holds 45 offers including offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Florida State, Alabama and Auburn.

• A state qualifier in multiple track and field events, Offord is a dynamic athlete with great top end speed.

• Offord capped off his junior football season with14 tackles, 4 sacks, and 4 interceptions while also playing snaps on the offensive side of the ball.

• Offord took unofficial visits in November and December to Florida State once, and Auburn twice. He has a visit set for Ohio State Feb. 2.

Early Prediction: Auburn

S Faheem Delane

— Faheem Delane (@faheemdelane) January 20, 2024

• The 6’3 195 lb. defensive back currently holds 28 offers including offers from Texas, Ohio State, Oregon and Alabama.

• In 2023, his junior season Delane racked up 68 tackles and 18 PBUs. He is seen as a playmaker that could thrive in a defense that is dependent on dynamic play at safety.

• Delane’s older brother, Mansoor, is currently playing at Virginia Tech.

• Delane has taken visits most recently to LSU and Maryland, and is scheduled to be at Oregon’s Junior Day January 27th. One thing consistent in Delane’s recruitment has been his openness about relationships built with those recruiting him. Travaris Robinson moving onto Georgia from Alabama, as well as Ohio State parting ways with Perry Eliano could cause his interest to shift away from those schools, though they appear to be the early leaders.

Early prediction: Ohio State

WR Jaime Ffrench

 Jacksonville, FL

— Jaime Ffrench Jr. (@jaimeffrenchjr) January 15, 2024

• The 6’1 185 lb. wide receiver holds 33 offers including offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Florida State and Colorado.

• In Ffrench’s junior season, he racked up 1,247 yards receiving and 14 touchdowns.

• Ffrench is viewed by many as a great possession receiver that has great awareness to pick up extra yards when the opportunity arises.

• Ffrench’s older brother, Maurice, was a WR at Pittsburgh where he set the school’s single season reception record.

• Ffrench recently decommitted from Alabama upon Nick Saban’s retirement and was recently spotted at Florida State’s Junior Day on the 19th. I anticipate many visits before a new commitment for this highly sought after receiver

 Early Prediciton: Colorado
