Thousands of college football players changed schools during the off-season. Here is a closer look at the top performances from 2022/2023 transfers during the Week 3 of college football action:

QB Sam Hartman – Notre Dame (Wake Forest)

Hartman completed 16 of 26 passes for 330 yards and three touchdowns during a 41-17 victory over Central Michigan.

QB Shadeur Sanders – Colorado (Jackson State)

Sanders completed 38 of 47 passes for 348 yards, four touchdowns and one interception during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

QB Tayven Jackson – Indiana (Tennessee)

QB Payton Thorne – Auburn (Michigan State)

Thorne completed 24 of 32 passes for 282 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, while rushing for 123 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries, during a 45-13 victory over Samford.

QB Thomas Castellanos – Boston College (UCF)

Castellanos completed 20 of 33 passes for 305 yards, one touchdown and one interception during a 31-29 loss to Florida State. He also rushed for 95 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries.

QB Mikey Keene – Fresno State (UCF)

Keene completed 32 of 49 passes for 281 yards and two touchdowns during a 29-0 victory over Arizona State.

QB Tanner Mordecai – Wisconsin (SMU)

Mordecai completed 19 of 30 passes for 236 yards during a 35-14 victory over Georgia Southern. He also rushed for 36 yards and two touchdowns.

QB TJ Finley – Texas State (Auburn)

Finley completed 17 of 21 passes for 251 yards and three touchdowns during a 77-34 victory over Jackson State. He also rushed for two touchdowns during the win.

QB Brendon Lewis – Nevada (Colorado)

Lewis completed 15 of 22 passes for 113 yards and rushed for 53 yards and two touchdowns during a 31-24 loss to Kansas.

QB Graham Mertz – Florida (Wisconsin)

Mertz completed 19 of 24 passes for 166 yards and one touchdown during a 29-16 victory over Tennessee. He also had a rushing touchdown during the win.

QB Haynes King – Georgia Tech (Texas A&M)

King completed 28 of 41 passes for 307 yards and two touchdowns during a 48-23 loss at Ole Miss. He also rushed for 42 yards and one touchdown.

QB Michael Alaimo – Kent State (Purdue)

Alaimo completed 12 of 16 passes for 172 yards, one touchdown and one interception during a 38-10 victory over Central Connecticut State. He also rushed for a touchdown.

QB Brennan Armstrong – NC State (Virginia)

Armstrong completed 27 of 32 passes for 264 yards and one touchdown during a 45-7 victory over VMI. He also rushed for 39 yards on six carries.

QB Kyron Drones – Virginia Tech (Baylor)

Drones completed 19 of 32 passes for 190 yards, one touchdown and one interception during a 35-16 loss at Rutgers. He also rushed for 74 yards.

QB Emory Jones – Cincinnati (Arizona State)

It was a mixed bag of results for Jones as he completed 18 of 34 passes for 265 yards and two interceptions but rushed for 101 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries during a 31-24 loss to Miami-Ohio.

QB Devin Leary – Kentucky (NC State)

Leary completed 16 of 25 passes for 315 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during a 35-3 victory over Akron.

QB JT Daniels – Rice (West Virginia)

Daniels completed 11 of 17 passes for 255 yards and four touchdowns during a 59-7 victory over Texas Southern.

QB Chandler Rogers – North Texas (Louisiana-Monroe)

Rogers completed 24 of 40 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns during a 40-37 victory over Louisiana Tech. He also rushed for 35 yards.

RB Blake Watson – Memphis (Old Dominion)

Watson rushed for 169 yards and one touchdown on 10 carries and added 6 receptions for 68 yards during a 28-24 victory over Navy.

RB Ajay Allen – Miami-Florida (Nebraska)

Allen rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries during a 48-7 victory over Bethune-Cookman.

RB Tyre Shelton – Louisiana Tech (Miami-Ohio)

Shelton rushed for 152 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries during a 40-37 loss to North Texas.

RB Marquez Cooper – Ball State (Kent State)

Cooper rushed for 177 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries during a 45-7 victory over Indiana State.

RB Ray Davis – Kentucky (Vanderbilt)

Davis rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries during a 35-3 victory over Akron. He also had three receptions for 97 yards and one touchdown.

RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt – New Mexico (Alabama State)

Croskey-Merritt rushed for 83 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries during a 27-17 loss to New Mexico State.

RB Harrison Waylee – Wyoming (Northern Illinois)

Waylee rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries during a 31-10 loss at Texas.

RB Isaiah Ifanse – Cal (San Jose State)

Ifanse rushed for 137 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries during a 31-17 victory over Idaho.

RB Carson Steele – UCLA (Ball State)

Steele only had five carries during a 59-7 victory over North Carolina Central, but rushed for 83 yards and one touchdown. He also had two receptions for 25 yards.

RB Jaiden Credle – Middle Tennessee State (Northern Illinois)

Credle rushed for 132 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries during a 35-14 victory over Murray State. He added another touchdown on a 14-yard reception.

WR Jamari Thrash – Louisville (Georgia State)

Thrash finished with four receptions for 159 yards and one touchdown during a 21-14 victory at Indiana.

WR Xavier Weaver – Colorado (USF)

Weaver had nine receptions for 98 yards and one touchdown during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

WR Jimmy Horn – Colorado (USF)

Horn had seven receptions for 66 yards and one touchdown during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

WR Josh Kelly – Washington State (Fresno State)

Kelly had five receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown during a 64-21 victory over Northern Colorado.

WR Da’Quan Felton – Virginia Tech (Norfolk State)

Felton had six receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown during a 35-16 loss at Rutgers.

WR Elijah Smoot – Liberty (Tennessee-Martin)

Smoot had four receptions for 99 yards and two touchdowns during a 55-27 victory at Buffalo.

WR Anthony Simpson – UMass (Arizona)

Simpson had four receptions for 101 yards during a 19-17 loss to Eastern Michigan.

WR Jack Hestera – Charlotte (Colorado)

Hestera had seven receptions for 109 yards and one touchdown during a 41-25 loss to Georgia State.

WR Chris Lewis – Troy (Kentucky)

Lewis had four receptions for 93 yards during a 16-14 loss to James Madison.

WR Malik Washington – Virginia (Northwestern)

Washington had nine receptions for 141 yards during a 42-14 loss at Maryland.

WR Traeshon Holden – Oregon (Alabama)

Holden had four receptions for 63 yards and two touchdowns during a 55-10 victory over Hawaii.

WR Jahdae Walker – Texas A&M (Grand Valley State)

Walker had five receptions for 110 yards and one touchdown during a 47-3 victory over Louisiana-Monroe.

WR Xzavier Henderson – Cincinnati (Florida)

Henderson finished with 12 receptions for 140 yards during a 31-24 loss to Miami-Ohio.

WR Andrew Armstrong – Arkansas (Texas A&M-Commerce)

Armstrong had nine receptions for 98 yards during a 38-31 loss to BYU.

WR Gage Larvadain – Miami-Ohio (Southeastern Louisiana)

Larvadain finished with two receptions for 96 yards and two touchdowns during a 31-24 victory over Cincinnati.

TE Jaheim Bell – Florida State (South Carolina)

Bell had five receptions for 76 yards and one touchdown during a 31-29 victory at Boston College.

TE Rivaldo Fairweather – Auburn (Florida International)

Fairweather had five receptions for 57 yards during a 45-13 victory over Samford.

DL Josh Ellison – Memphis (Oklahoma)

Ellison finished with seven tackles, one tackle for a loss and one sack during a 28-24 victory over Navy.

DL Kori Roberson – SMU (Oklahoma)

Roberson finished with four tackles, two tackles for a loss and one sack during a 69-0 victory over Prairie View A&M.

LB Juwan Mitchell – Colorado (Tennessee)

Mitchell finished with a team-high 15 tackles, as well as one tackle for a loss, during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

LB Nick Jackson – Iowa (Virginia)

Jackson finished with a team-high nine tackles, as well as one sack and one tackle for a loss, during a 41-10 victory over Western Michigan.

LB Chandler Martin – Memphis (East Tennessee State)

Martin finished with a team-high nine tackles and one tackle for a loss during a 28-24 victory over Navy.

LB Jeremiah Jean-Baptiste – Ole Miss (UCF)

Jean-Baptiste finished with eight tackles, half a tackle for a loss and half a sack during a 48-23 victory over Georgia Tech.

LB Jacob Roberts – Wake Forest (North Carolina A&T)

Roberts finished with a team-high 13 tackles, four tackles for a loss, three sacks and one forced fumble during a 27-24 victory over Old Dominion.

LB Gavin Potter – Arkansas State (Kansas)

Potter finished with seven tackles and two tackles for a loss during a 31-7 victory over Stony Brook.

LB Brevin Randle – Louisiana Tech (Stephen F. Austin)

Randle finished with nine tackles, two tackles for a loss and one pass breakup during a 40-37 loss to North Texas.

LB Gaethan Bernadel – Stanford (Florida International)

Bernadel finished with a team-high 10 tackles during a 30-23 loss to Sacramento State.

LB AJ Vongphachanh – BYU (Utah State)

Vongphachanh finished with 10 tackles during a 38-31 victory at Arkansas.

LB Jaheim Thomas – Arkansas (Cincinnati)

Thomas finished with a team-high 9 tackles during a 38-31 loss to BYU.

LB Justin Flowe – Arizona (Oregon)

Flowe finished with a team-high 11 tackles during a 31-10 victory over UTEP.

DB Devin Neal – Louisville (Baylor)

Neal finished with eight tackles and two tackles for a loss during a 21-14 victory at Indiana.

DB Cam’Ron Kelly – Louisville (Virginia)

Kelly finished with a team-high 12 tackles, as well as two tackles for a loss, during a 21-14 victory at Indiana.

DB Shilo Sanders – Colorado (Jackson State)

Sanders had four tackles and returned an interception for a touchdown during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

DB Clayton Bush – Illinois (Southern Illinois)

DB Marques Sigle – Kansas State (North Dakota State)

Sigle finished with eight tackles, one tackle for a loss and one pass breakup during a 30-27 loss at Missouri.

DB Flip Dixon – Rutgers (Minnesota)

Dixon finished with eight tackles and one interception during a 35-16 victory over Virginia Tech.

DB TyGee Leach – Georgia State (Lehigh)

Leach finished with a game-high 12 tackles, was well as 1.5 tackles for a loss and one pass breakup, during a 41-25 victory over Charlotte.

DB Patrick McMorris – Cal (San Diego State)

McMorris totaled seven tackles and two pass breakups during a 31-17 victory over Idaho.

DB Tysheem Johnson – Oregon (Ole Miss)

Johnson finished with a team-high eight tackles during a 55-10 victory over Hawaii.

DB Donovan McMillon – Pittsburgh (Florida)

McMillon finished with game-high 18 tackles, and added one pass breakup, during a 17-6 loss to West Virginia.

DB Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig – Colorado (Jackson State)

Silmon-Craig had nine tackles, one tackle for a loss and an interception during a 43-35 double overtime victory over Colorado State.

DB Malik Fleming – Houston (East Carolina)

Fleming finished with 10 tackles and one pass breakup during a 36-13 loss to TCU.

DB Myles Heard – Louisiana Tech (Stephen F. Austin)

Heard finished with team-high 14 tackles during a 40-37 loss to North Texas.
