RB Jaiden Credle – Middle Tennessee State (Northern Illinois)
The skinny: While the Blue Raiders have depth at the position, and return leading rusher Frank Peasant, Credle’s performance during the spring and summer will make it difficult for the staff to keep him off the field. Showcasing a nice blend of speed, athleticism, and strength, look for Credle to find an important role for himself this fall, especially on third downs.

DL Immanuel Hickman – USF (East Carolina)
The skinny: Hickman, who played defensive end for the Pirates, has reshaped his body and made the move to the interior since his move to Tampa. Having played at 240-pounds last season, Hickman is now up to 300-pounds after an off-season of weightlifting and protein shakes. The added weight has not slowed him down though, as he has proven to be a disruptive force on the line during summer camp. The Bulls needed to find improvement on their interior defensive line, and that very well may start with Hickman this season.
RB Kentrel Bullock – South Alabama (Ole Miss)
The skinny: Arriving in Mobile after only 19 carries in three seasons with Ole Miss, expectations were somewhat tempered for Bullock. However, he has quickly raised expectations throughout the off-season by proving to be a big-play threat. Joining returning 1,000-yard rusher La’Damian Webb, it may take a little time for Bullock to find his role with the Jaguars, his explosive potential won’t keep him off the field for very long.

WR Taji Hudson – James Madison (East Carolina)
The skinny: The Dukes added several wide receivers through the portal since the conclusion of the 2022 season and while Hudson did not arrive until the conclusion of spring camp, he may be the one who makes the biggest impact this fall. With the position having lost three of its top four players to graduation, Hudson took advantage of this void immediately. At 6-foot-3, 200-pounds, he offers a big bodied target who has already become a favorite amongst the quarterbacks during the summer.
RB Kobe Johnson – Colorado State (North Dakota State)
The skinny: One of three North Dakota State transfers at Colorado State, it is Johnson who has turned the most heads since his arrival in Fort Collins. He has flashed during practices and scrimmages, while proving to be a valuable asset both on the ground and in the passing game. Coming off his best collegiate season at North Dakota State, Johnson looks poised to continue to make an impact at the FBS level.
