2024 recruiting continues to heat up. Here are the most important WR commitments so far, in my humble opinion.
1. Jeremiah Smith to Ohio State
— I know the Buckeyes get elite receivers all the time these days, but I’m not going to ignore the best WR in the country from South Florida choosing to head to Columbus. It’s amazing.

2. Cam Coleman to Texas A&M
— To go into Alabama and get a 5-star WR is huge for Jimbo as recruiting is heating up for the Aggies.

3. Ric’Darious Farmer to Pitt
— This is a massive get for Pitt after whiffing on some big names in 2023. This allows the work Jordan Addison did a few years ago to be a recruiting tool.

4. Josisha Trader to Miami
A massive get from South Florida at a school the ‘Canes must have success at. They are in much better shape at Chaminade-Madonna, with Kevin Beard working his magic.

5. JJ Harrell to Mississippi State
— A huge get from Mississippi this is huge as they had to steal him away from a very attractive Tennessee offense.

6. Bryant Wesco to Clemson
— Clemson needs to get back to landing and developing elite WRs, and Wesco is a good start.

7. Aaron Butler to Colorado
— Deion Sanders needs more and more recruiting wins like this, as Butler is a difference-maker.

8. Ny Carr to Georgia
— We expect UGA to get elite players, but they still deserve props for landing Carr who is closer to Florida State and Auburn. This is a massive in-state keep.

9. Lawayne McCoy to Florida State
— FSU is beefing up WR recruiting, and this is a great one from South Florida.

10. Cam Williams to Notre Dame
— Notre Dame with a muscle flex in Illinois, a state that is finally starting to churn out some players again.
