Four-star linebacker Bodie Kahoun has recently seen his football recruitment skyrocket. Kahoun is a dual sport athlete from Roanoke, Virginia, who is committed to Ohio State for lacrosse. But recently, he has received football offers from schools like Notre Dame, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Stanford.

Kahoun has had a busy spring visiting schools like Virginia, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Utah, Penn State, and South Carolina in about two months.
The talented linebacker recently returned to Notre Dame for his second visit this spring and had nothing but good things to say, “Visit was great. Blue & Gold Games was fun to be a part of. Even though the weather was rough there was still a great vibe in the stadium.” Kahoun even mentioned a moment before the game when he got to spend time on the field with defensive coordinator Al Golden. “Got to spend time down on the field with Coach Golden during the warm-ups around the LBs and rest of the team.”

Notre Dame is recruiting Kahoun as aggressively as anyone else in the country. Defensive coordinator Al Golden and former NFL LB/grad assistant Max Bullough reach out to Kahoun the most. “Most consistently with Coach Golden. LB Coach Bullough too. Coach Freeman reaches out to touch base. It’s been good.” Notre Dame’s recruiting pitch has been consistent as well throughout his recruitment. “They have done a good job of developing a personal relationship. Their overall message is that I am a good fit for them as a student-athlete and in their locker room and can make an impact.”
