1. RB Emani Bailey, TCU

In limited action last season, he averaged over eight yards per attempt when spelling Kendre Miller. With both Miller and Emari Demercado gone, he’ll be getting a lot more touches alongside Alabama transfer Trey Sanders.

Nov 5, 2022; Fort Worth, Texas, USA; TCU Horned Frogs running back Emani Bailey (9) carries the ball against the Texas Tech Red Raiders during the second half of a game at Amon G. Carter Stadium.

2. WR Jerand Bradley, Texas Tech

Bradley was up and down in his redshirt freshman season. After a 100+ yard, two-touchdown debut, he struggled through the remainder of the year’s first half before coming on strong, finishing with 261 yards and two touchdowns in the Red Raiders’ final two contests. The 6’5″ Bradley is a true mismatch on the outside and should be heavily featured this fall.

Texas Tech’s wide receiver Jerand Bradley (9) runs with the ball against Ole Miss in the Texas Bowl, Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, at NRG Stadium in Houston.

3. WR Jaylin Noel, Iowa State

With Xavier Hutchinson off to the NFL after an outstanding career, Noel takes over as the focal point of the Cyclones’ passing attack. He brings a different skillset than Hutchinson but is as dangerous as anyone with the ball in his hands. Don’t be surprised when Nate Scheelhaase finds all different types of ways to get him the ball in space.

Oct 15, 2022; Austin, Texas, USA; Iowa State Cyclones wide receiver Jaylin Noel (13) reacts after scoring a touchdown in the second half against the Texas Longhorns at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.
