On Saturday, four-star Frisco Emerson phenom Michael Hawkins announced his commitment to Oklahoma over TCU. Many saw this coming after quarterback Hauss Hejny pledged to the Horned Frogs just a few days prior to Hawkins’s commitment.

Michael’s father played for Oklahoma as a defensive back. The legacy jumps on board to potentially kickstart the 2024 class for Oklahoma, especially in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

On Saturday night, stud quarterback Air Noland announced his commitment to the Ohio State Buckeyes over Clemson, Texas A&M, Miami, and Arkansas. He marks the third recruit to commit to Ohio State in April alone.

On Saturday, Georgia received a big-time early commitment from 2025 ATH Elyiss Williams. Although Elyiss Williams is listed as an EDGE, a very highly rated one at that, that didn’t stop Georgia from recruiting him as a tight end.

Standing in at a monstrous 6-7, 235-pounds, Williams looks to be next in line in a Georgia tight end room that has been producing nothing but elite players.

On Sunday, four-star quarterback KJ Jackson from Alabama committed to Arkansas. He is the fifth commit in Arkansas’s 20th ranked 2024 class.

Jackson had high praise about the university, and how comfortable and at home he felt in Fayetteville.
“Honestly, there are some places that you just feel-good throwing the ball at, and Arkansas was definitely one of those places. I felt like I was on that day, I had good stuff, I was comfortable throwing it. Even on the practice fields, that means a lot to me, honestly, just being comfortable in an environment. The Razorbacks now have a quarterback to build the rest of the class around. We’ll see if they can use this as an opportunity to keep gaining momentum on the recruiting trail.
