1. Jaheim Bell (South Carolina to Florida State)
The skinny: While not huge in stature, 6-foot-3 and 230-pounds, Bell possesses the skill and versatility to more than make for it. Having caught 55 passes for 728 yards and seven touchdowns over the last two seasons, Bell also showcased his athletic ability with 73 rush attempts in 2022. It was a big recruiting victory for the Seminoles, which should provide immediate benefits during the 2023 season.
2. Arik Gilbert (Georgia to Nebraska)
The skinny: The former five-star recruit burst onto the collegiate scene in 2020 at LSU with 35 receptions for 368 yards and two touchdowns. However, after his impressive true freshman season, he transferred to Georgia and failed to make an impact in Athens. Now taking his talents to Nebraska and new head coach Matt Rhule, he should be put into the position to showcase his NFL-level talents once again in Lincoln. Some may have forgotten about Gilbert’s vast talents, but they will likely be reminded this fall.
3. Seydou Traore (Arkansas State to Colorado)
The skinny: While other transfer additions at Colorado have received more attention, Traore may very well be the one who makes the biggest impact next season. A dynamic receiving threat, who finished with 50 receptions for 655 yards and four touchdowns in 2022, look for Coach Prime to immediately make Traore a priority in the Buffaloes offense.
4. CJ Dippre (Maryland to Alabama)
The skinny: Alabama is never overly active in the transfer portal, but they quickly made Dippre a priority once he entered. They then beat out Ohio State for his services. Coming off a season with 30 receptions for 314 yards and three touchdowns, Dippre will be given every opportunity to strengthen a position that has been somewhat of an afterthought in recent years.

5. Erick All (Michigan to Iowa)
The skinny: All had a big 2021 season in Ann Arbor with 38 receptions for 437 yards and two touchdowns, however a back injury, along with the improved play of Luke Schoonmaker and the emergence of true freshman Colston Loveland limited him to only three games in 2022. Now he joins fellow Michigan transfer quarterback Cade McNamara in Iowa City, where he will look to revitalize his collegiate career.
