Five-star 2024 Waco (TX.) cornerback Kobe Black received offers from the Miami Hurricanes and the Ohio State Buckeyes on Tuesday. He is the number two cornerback in the class and holds 22 Power Five offers. However, the Oklahoma State Cowboys are leading the way currently as the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives them a 43% chance of landing him. The Texas Longhorns are next at 23%, followed by the Texas A&M Aggies at 13%. I like Oklahoma State right now, too. His brother Korie Black is also a cornerback for the Cowboys

–Jordan Johnson- Rubell, 2024 S, Bradenton, Florida (IMG Academy), #86 nationally, #7 safety, and #15 in FL

On Tuesday, Jordan Johnson-Rubell, a 2024 four-star safety from IMG Academy (FL.), named his top 12 schools. Those schools are the Alabama Crimson Tide, Arizona State Sun Devils, Colorado Buffaloes, Florida State Seminoles, Oklahoma Sooners, Ole Miss Rebels, Oregon Ducks, Penn State Nittany Lions, TCU Horned Frogs, Texas Longhorns, USC Trojans, and Wisconsin Badgers. However, the Longhorns are the big favorites to land him. The On3 RPM has them with a 93% chance of getting him to Austin.

The Clemson Tigers offered 2024 three-star Tampa (FL.) wide receiver Terrance Moore on Tuesday night, and he now holds 23 offers. According to the RPM, the Central Florida Knights are the leaders in landing him, as they have a 34% chance of getting him. The Florida State Seminoles are next at 30%, followed by the Miami Hurricanes at 9%. The Knights are the team to beat right now, but I like the Seminoles.

Owens becomes the third recruit in the Longhorns 2024 class.

Jerod Smith, a 2024 four-star defensive lineman from Windsor (CT.), received an offer from the Michigan Wolverines on Tuesday afternoon. He is the number three player in Connecticut and holds 23 Power Five offers. However, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are the leaders to land him right now, as they have an 85% chance of getting him, according to the On3 RPM. Smith will be in South Bend this weekend for a visit. Notre Dame is the team to beat here.

–Loghan Thomas, 2024 EDGE, Katy, Texas (Paetow HS), #333 nationally, #21 edge, and #51 in TX

Loghan Thomas, a 2024 four-star edge from Katy (TX.), was offered by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Tuesday night. He is the number 51 player in Texas and holds seven power-five offers. According to the On3 RPM, the SMU Tigers are the slight favorites to land him, as they currently have a 22% chance. The Texas Tech Red Raiders are right behind them at 19%, followed by the Kansas Jayhawks at 17%. The Arizona Wildcats, Colorado Buffaloes, and the Big 12 champion Kansas State Wildcats are right behind those top three teams as they have a 14% to land him. I also like the Mustangs right now, but this one is close.
