–Kolaj Cobbins, 2024 LB, Destrehan, Louisiana (Destrehan HS), #234 nationally, #19 linebacker, and #5 in LA
Kolaj Cobbins, a four-star 2024 linebacker from Destrehan (LA.), received an offer from the Missouri Tigers on Wednesday. He is the number-five player in Louisiana and named his top ten schools on Christmas. His top ten schools are the Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida State Seminoles, Georgia Bulldogs, LSU Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, Ole Miss Rebels, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Oregon Ducks, Texas Longhorns, and USC Trojans. Regarding those schools, he said,
“I chose these ten schools because these are the ones recruiting me the hardest, and I feel like my success is going to be at one of these ten schools.”
However, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, LSU has the early lead to land him with a 35.6% chance. The Tigers are the leaders right now, but any of his top ten teams could land him.

–Kristopher Jones, 2024 LB, Stafford, Virginia (Mountain View HS), #85 nationally, #9 linebacker, and #1 in VA
Four-star 2024 Stafford (VA.) linebacker Kristopher Jones named his top 12 schools on Thursday. Those schools are the Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, LSU Tigers, Maryland Terrapins, Michigan Wolverines, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Ohio State Buckeyes, Oklahoma Sooners, Penn State Nittany Lions, Tennessee Volunteers, Virginia Cavaliers, and Virginia Tech Hokies. However, the Nittany Lions and Hokies are the top two teams right now for the number-one player in Virginia. The On3 RPM has Penn State at 21% to land him and Virginia Tech at 18%. I like the Hokies right now.

Four-star 2024 Durant (OK.) defensive lineman Xadavien Sims was offered by the Texas A&M Aggies on Wednesday night. He is the number-one player in Oklahoma and holds 15 offers. However, the Michigan State Spartans are the leaders to land him. The On3 RPM currently has them with a 93.3% chance of getting him to East Lansing. The 247 Sports Crystal Ball also has the Spartans in the lead. It is early, but the Spartans will be tough to beat for him.

–Peyton Woodyard, 2024 S, Bellflower, California (St. John Bosco), #29 nationally, #2 safety, and #2 in CA
Peyton Woodyard, a 2024 four-star safety from Bellflower (CA.), will announce his commitment at the All-American Bowl on Saturday in San Antonio. However, he will not play in the game but will become the first underclassman to announce his decision at the game. His top schools are the Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, Michigan Wolverines, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Ohio State Buckeyes, Oregon Ducks, and USC Trojans. The Bulldogs are the favorites to land him, as the 247 Sports Crystal Ball and On3 RPM both have him going to Athens. I agree, and he will be a Bulldog.
