[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The transfer portal is always in flux, but at this point we know where most guys are going to be playing this fall. Let’s take a look at the Pac-12 teams who did the best this portal cycle.
1. USC (20)
The skinny: The Trojans have arguably had the most successful portal cycle of any team in the country, so they are obviously tops in the conference. The list of big additions is long, but just a few that stand out are quarterback Caleb Williams (Oklahoma), wide receiver Jordan Addison (Pittsburgh), linebacker Eric Gentry (Arizona State) and running backs Travis Dye (Oregon) and Austin Jones (Stanford).
2. UCLA (12)
The skinny: The Bruins have quietly put together a very good portal group during this cycle, with the majority of the talent coming on the defensive side of the ball. The line was bolstered with five additions while Jaylin Davies (Oregon) and Azizi Hearn (Wyoming) will help the secondary and linebacker Darius Muasau (Hawaii) has already impressed. Offensively, wide receivers Titus Mokiao-Atimalala (UCF) and Jake Bobo (Duke) will make an impact.
3. Oregon (13)
The skinny: The Ducks have been busy during this portal cycle, adding players at multiple positions on both sides of the ball. A few of the players to keep an eye on in Eugene include defensive back Christian Gonzalez (Colorado), defensive lineman Sam Taimani (Washington), quarterback Bo Nix (Auburn) and running back Mar’Keise Irving (Minnesota).
4. Washington (9)
The skinny: While quarterback Michael Penix (Indiana) was the biggest name the Huskies added, a few other players have more potential to make a big impact this season. Running back Aaron Dumas (New Mexico), linebacker Cam Bright (Pittsburgh) and defensive back Jordan Perryman (Cal-Poly) are three that should shine in Seattle.
5. Washington State (8)
The skinny: The success of this group will be completely dependent on how quarterback Cameron Ward (Incarnate Word) performs in Pullman. He excelled at the FCS level, but how will that translate in the PAC 12? While Ward has received most of the publicity, linebacker Daiyan Henley (Nevada) was another nice addition.
6. Arizona (9)
The skinny: Considering their struggles on the field recently, the Wildcats have brought in a quality group of portal additions. Quarterback Jayden De Laura (Washington State) and wide receiver Jacob Cowing (UTEP) have the potential to become a lethal duo, while defensive help was found in the PAC 12 with DJ Warnell (UCLA), Hunter Echols (USC) and Tiaoalii Savea (UCLA).

7. Arizona State (13)
The skinny: The Sun Devils had some question marks at quarterback after the departure of Jayden Daniels, so they added Emory Jones (Florida) and Paul Tyson (Alabama) to answer those. More offensive help was brought in with the addition of running back Xazavian Valladay (Wyoming), while the defense should receive a spark from Khoury Bethley (Hawaii) and Nesta Silvera (Miami).
8. Cal (6)
The skinny: While Cal was not as busy as most of the other conference, they added some important pieces with the addition of quarterback Jack Plummer (Purdue), offensive lineman Spencer Lovell (Arizona State), the defensive line duo of Odua Isibor (UCLA) and Xavier Carlton (Utah) and linebacker Jackson Sirmon (Washington).
9. Colorado (5)
The skinny: Considering the Buffaloes have seen 22 scholarship players enter the portal during this cycle, it is surprising that they have only brought in five players. RJ Sneed (Baylor) has the potential to be the top receiver in Boulder this fall, linebacker Josh Chandler-Semedo (West Virginia) adds experience and talent to the position and offensive linemen Tommy Brown (Alabama) and Luke Eckardt (Arizona) add much needed depth.
10. Utah (5)
The skinny: With only a handful of additions during this portal cycle, it will be interesting to see how much of an impact this group can make. Linebacker Mohamoud Diabate (Florida), defensive back Clayton Isbell (Illinois State) and tight end Logan Kendall (Idaho) are three to watch.
11. Oregon State (3)
The skinny: The Beavers have been relatively quiet, mostly due to the low number of players that have left their program via the portal. One player to watch is running back Jamious Griffin (Georgia Tech), who is expected to make an immediate impact this fall.
12. Stanford (1)
The skinny: With their strict academic standards, the Cardinal are never going to be a bigtime player in the portal. However, their one addition, defensive back Patrick Fields (Oklahoma), will bring an abundance of experience to the secondary.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
