[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”3733″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Louisville sophomore wide receiver Tyler Harrell has entered the transfer portal. Harrell is a 6’0 194 pound speedster from Miami, Florida. Out of high school Harrell was a 3-star prospect holding 21 offers. Before we get into Harrell’s college career to date, understand he held a Miami offer for track and field coming out of high school. At Louisville he averaged 29 yards per catch, a true threat to beat you over the top on every play. He found the end zone 6 times in the 2021 season.

Tyler Harrell is a hot commodity in the transfer portal because speed like his simply can not be taught. As of now Alabama is believed to be the favorite. He could play a similar role to Jameson Williams in the Tide offense. I’ve also heard that Louisville will try their hardest to bring Harrell back from the portal. This isn’t really a shocker because you have to at least make an effort to bring one of your best offensive players back into the fold. A dark horse to land his services could be hometown Miami, For a player like this you’d have to expect for Mario Cristobal to kick the tires and see if the interest is mutual. Wherever Harrell lands expect a high impact transfer who will immediately add a big play threat to the pass game.

He is a high 4-star portal recruit.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
