Scouting Report

A polished running back with adequate size and good speed. Riden is a patient runner with quick feet and shows good agility. He understands how to set up his blockers and has the vision to find the hole even if it’s not originally there. Shows good strength and change of direction which makes it hard for a singular defender to bring him down. Has good leg drive and runs with great pad level and forward lean. Has the ability to bounce it outside if the defense has their gaps covered. Riden is a fluid athlete, which I believe will translate to success at the next level. Riden lacks breakaway speed and is not a twitchy athlete. Has the ability to make an impact at a power 4 school but somewhere on the fringe of the top 25.
