The 6’1, 200-pound QB from Liberty, CA, has solid but not spectacular size for the QB position. His mechanics are good but need improvement over the next couple of years. Quiones Arm strength is there in the film, and accuracy is generally solid, but ball placement can improve. He needs to do a better job of working through progressions when needed and move past being a one-read QB. Quinones can scramble and take designed QB runs when needed, but it’s not a strength of his game. Overall, Quinones is a solid prospect but needs improvement.
