Luke is a first-year starter at the QB position for Sunnyslope. A few schools may be recruiting him as a TE, as he also has a decent skillset in that position. Luke has below-average mechanics that definitely need work. Moga has a solid arm capable of hitting all three levels of the field with solid accuracy. He seems aware of his surroundings but has a hard time feeling pressure in the pocket. Moga has decent legs, which are rarely used, but he can escape pressure and create opportunities if needed. He is a project QB who can easily climb up the rankings as he progresses next year. He is a P5 QB who needs a little development to start at the college level.
