Ferguson, who plays his high school football for Milford Mill Academy in Baltimore, Maryland, accumulated 1,352 total yards and 17 combined rushing and receiving touchdowns as a junior. He averaged an extremely impressive 12.8 yards per carry.
Pittsburgh was Ferguson’s third official visit, following Indiana and Minnesota. He was also scheduled to take visits to Michigan State and Virginia before deciding to shut down his process with a commitment to the Panthers.
Aside from the 10 commitments the Panthers have received since Friday, overall, they now have 15. Ferguson is the Pittsburgh’s first running back commitment for the Class of 2026.
