This article dives into my predictions for the regular season records of each team in the Pac-12 next season.
Arizona (5-7)
Arizona has slowly been improving every season since they went winless in that shortened Covid season. I don’t see them getting over the hump and making a bowl game just yet, though.
Arizona State (3-9)
Arizona State is going through turmoil and turnover within the program and I believe it will take a little bit of time for them to get back on track, even with Jaden Rashada. I have them at 3-9 in 2023.
California (3-9)
Cal is a football program that needs a revival and I don’t see that happening soon. I have them at 3-9 as well.

Colorado (6-6)
Colorado is an interesting team heading into 2023. They have Coach Prime and his boys coming in, but they also went 1-11 last season. I met in the middle and have them at 6-6. That would be considered a great first season for them in my book.
Oregon (9-3)
Bo Nix is back at Oregon and I see them duplicating their success from last season and going 9-3. I don’t see them contending for the CFP in 2023.
Oregon State (8-4)
Oregon State had a good season last year and will have DJ Uiagelelei under center in 2023. I like this team and have them going 8-4.
Stanford (3-9)
Stanford is in a very similar situation at California right now. I see them going (3-9)
UCLA (8-4)
The Bruins will be looking to replace Dorian Thompson-Robinson, but look to have a good replacement in incoming freshman, Dante Moore. Chip Kelly will lead them to an 8-4 record next season.
USC (10-2)
I love Caleb Williams and this USC team, but I just can’t see them winning more than ten games. The back half of their schedule is stacked with the likes of Notre Dame, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and UCLA.
Utah (9-3)
Utah is returning QB Cam Rising again next season and that experience will help them. I believe they’ll get their revenge on Florida this season and finish 9-3.
Washington (9-3)
Washington was a surprise team last season and will return star quarterback, Michael Penix Jr. I think they’ll have another successful season and go 9-3.
Washington State (7-5)
The Cougars went 7-5 last season and will do so again in 2023 in my opinion. They are a good team, but there are a few too many that are better than them in the Pac-12.
