I have heard the narrative that CJ Stroud doesn't play anyone. Stroud lit up the Hawkeye's defense, which allowed the most points in a game under Kirk Ferentz. Chase Brown and Caleb Williams stay put after their bye week. Bryce Young and Will Rogers battled it out in Tuscaloosa, with Young shinning and taking over the #4 spot on this list.

The top 5 doesn't change this week after solid performances across the board. Khalan Laborn is making the top 3 interesting, as he could overtake Ibrahim and give Brown and Abanikanda some trouble because of his sheer production.
