TRENDING: Ohio State Trolls Notre Dame on St. Patrick’s Day

Ohio State took a shot at Notre Dame on St. Patrick’s Day

Notre Dame has done a very good job turning St. Patrick’s Day into an annual recruiting event by marketing it as “Pot of Gold Day”. This is a day that the Irish send out offers to underclassmen for the first time, this year the Class of 2027. Ohio State, which defeated Notre Dame in January’s National Championship Game, took this opportunity to troll the Irish one more time:

“Happy Pot of Gold Day” may seem like a nice gesture, until you see the two photos that the official Ohio State football account added to its X post. The first photo shows Buckeyes’ running back Quinshon Judkins stiff-arming a Notre Dame defender, while the second shows wide receiver Jeremiah Smith running away from cornerback Christian Gray.

Clearly, Ohio State is still in its honeymoon phase after winning the National Championship and enjoying every second of it.
