1. Benjamin Yurosek, Stanford

— He was second to Dalton Kincaid in receptions by tight ends last season and should extend his yards-per-catch to double digits next season.

Nov 27, 2021; Stanford, California, USA; Stanford Cardinal tight end Benjamin Yurosek (84) runs after a catch while being pursued by Notre Dame Fighting Irish defensive lineman Jordan Botelho (12) during the fourth quarter at Stanford Stadium.

2. Jalin Conyers, Arizona State

— Conyers found the end zone five times last season for a struggling offense, so a better year could be ahead.

Nov 25, 2022; Tucson, AZ, USA; Arizona State Sun Devils tight end Jalin Conyers (12) makes a catch against Arizona Wildcats safety Isaiah Taylor (18) in the second half during the Territorial Cup game at Arizona Stadium.

3. Terrance Ferguson, Oregon

— Ferguson has the highest ceiling of this group for the long haul and could have a breakout season after 32 catches and five scores last year.

Oct 22, 2022; Eugene, Oregon, USA; Oregon Ducks tight end Terrance Ferguson (3) catches a touchdown pass during the first half against the UCLA Bruins at Autzen Stadium.

4. Tanner McLachlan, Arizona

— You may not have heard of the Canadian TE, but he had the most catches as a tight end for the Wildcats since a guy named Rob Gronkowski.
