The ACC saw Miami, Clemson, and NC State all named as potential winners while the Sun Belt had App State, Texas State, and Troy appear on a list. The Big 12 is the most wide-open Power 4 conference according to our writers as Kansas, Kansas State, and Utah all received picks to win the conference and its automatic bid to the 12-team playoff.
Our preseason Heisman Picks were also pretty similar with Carson Beck (UGA), Dillon Gabriel (Oregon), Jalen Milroe (Alabama), Jaxon Dart (Miss), and Quinshon Judkins (Ohio State) appearing on the most lists.
