College football fans can be very fickle, especially when it comes to their head coach. But it isn’t often that you hear a stadium of fans unifying in a chant to voice their displeasure. That is what happened on Saturday and because of it, LSU’s Brian Kelly’s future in Baton Rouge got even murkier.
It is no surprise that Coach Kelly has become an enemy to many LSU fans. His time with the Tigers hasn’t produced the results many were hoping for and now there is realistic doubt regarding his future. On Saturday night, oddly during a victory over Vanderbilt, the fans decided to share their thoughts with whatever administration was present in the stadium:

It was already a rough week for LSU. After losing star five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood to Michigan, they managed to defeat Vanderbilt to snap a three-game losing streak, but the chanting left another blackeye.
Unfortunately for Kelly, the home fans will have another opportunity to voice their displeasure as the Tigers host Oklahoma in their regular season finale on Saturday night. This isn’t heading in a positive direction for Coach Kelly or the Tigers. And once it starts rolling in that direction it is extremely difficult for it to change course.

The fans have spoken and will likely continue to speak, but now everyone will be waiting to see what LSU’s administration has to say in the coming weeks.
