1. Quentin Johnston, TCU

— His size gives him the edge over the rest to me, but it’s close as all five of these could land in round one.

Oct 15, 2022; Fort Worth, Texas, USA; TCU Horned Frogs wide receiver Quentin Johnston (1) runs after the catch against the Oklahoma State Cowboys during the second half at Amon G. Carter Stadium.

2. Zay Flowers, Boston College

— I love his versatility and the way an offense can use him from screens to jet sweeps.

Nov 26, 2022; Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, USA; Boston College Eagles wide receiver Zay Flowers (4) against the Syracuse Orange during the second quarter at Alumni Stadium.

3. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ohio State

— He’d be No. 1 if he didn’t miss most of last season, but he could be an elite slot.

Ohio State wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba fends off Utah cornerback Micah Bernard as he races to the end zone for a touchdown during the second quarter of the 2022 Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.

4. Jordan Addison, USC

— Addison fell off a bit last year at USC, but his production can’t be questioned, and he’s an elite route runner.

— Hyatt is a speedster and can stretch the field for a team lacking downfield presence.
