Now that the 2025 NFL Draft has come and gone, the reviews are
popping up everywhere. Also the organizations are hopeful that their
selections will pan out in the future. You have your no-doubt first
rounders, but who is the most intriguing? Here I name mine for
every division, continuing with the AFC West

1. Denver Broncos

Round 2 (No. 60): RB RJ Harvey, UCF

Over the past couple of years Harvey has been one of the
most productive backs in the entire country, if not the most overall.
During that span, he amassed almost 3,000 yards rushing along with 38 touchdowns on the ground.
He isn’t the tallest by any metric, but he is built solid along with
having the breakaway speed you need at the next level. Bo Nix
came in last year and cemented himself as the future of the franchise
at quarterback, and I believe Harvey can do the same in the
backfield.

2. Kansas City Chiefs

Round 2 (No. 163): DT Omar Norman-Lott, Tennessee

The former Arizona State transfer has been a menace for
offenses in the SEC the past couple of years, especially this past
season. When you look at Norman-Lott’s frame he doesn’t look like your typical
defensive tackle, but with his elite quickness and strength it doesn’t
matter. His tenacity is also unmatched, as he manhandles offensive
lineman by blowing right by them through the gaps. Even with a loaded defensive line room at Tennessee, he still stood out. It’s
honestly hard to tell which he is better at, whether it’s in the run
game or the pass game, but I see him carving out a role immediately.

3. Los Angeles Chargers

Round 5 (No. 165): TE Oronde Gadsden II, Syracuse

Gadsen filled up the stat sheet like no other in his time playing for the Orange. He
finished his career at Syracuse as the all-time leader in receptions
(141) as well as yards (1,970) for a tight end. This past season was
his best yet, as he finished with 73 catches, which was also a school
record by a tight end, along with 934 yards and seven touchdowns.
Simply put, he gets open and makes plays. He may not be the best
blocker as of now, but he won’t be utilized as such. I love this pick
for the Chargers.

4. Las Vegas Raiders

Round 4 (No. 108): WR Dont’e Thornton Jr., Tennessee

Thornton has all of the tools in the world to be a great
player, but injury has set him back a little bit along with
inconsistency. The Baltimore product stands at 6-foot-5  and weighs 214
pounds, and possesses blazing 4.3 speed for his size. It doesn’t take him
long to accelerate, and reach his top end speed either. With that being said, his downfall along with injury has been drops
here and there along with having a limited route tree. While that
may be true, I believe he can develop into something special if he
takes the coaching. One thing he certainly can be is a deep threat out
of the gate.

Raiders Rookie 6’5 4.3 speed WR Dont’e Thornton Jr has surpassed expectations in OTA’s so far

Jakobi Meyers said, “He’s more than a speed guy, there’s few in the league that can do what he can, and I can’t wait to help him grow”
