The NFL Combine is set to begin in Indianapolis on Thursday. ESPN reports that Sheduer Sanders will attend only to meet with teams. Ian Rapoport @RapSheet reports he plans to throw at the pro day in Boulder
next month.
#Colorado QB and potential top pick Shedeur Sanders plans to focus on his interviews with teams at the NFL Scouting Combine, helping them continue to learn him as a person.

ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. has Sanders as the top-rated quarterback and the fourth-rated overall
prospect. Many believe he will be the first quarterback taken and possibly the number one pick.
For the 2024 season, Sanders had a completion percentage of 74%. He threw for 4,134 yards, 37
touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He led the Buffalos to a 9-4 record and an Alamo Bowl berth.

It is nothing new that a quarterback would only throw at his on-campus Pro Day. The top three quarterbacks taken
in the 2024 draft (Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, and Drake Maye) did not throw at the NFL Combine
last year.
There is no doubt that Sanders is an extremely talented quarterback and an incredible athlete.
It will be interesting to see where he lands. Tennessee, Cleveland, and New York have the top three
picks and are all in need of a franchise quarterback.
