It’s not always the biggest names that are key to the NFL Draft. There’s a thing called value, and here are some valuable picks at positions. Here are the top five receivers in terms of value.

1. Marvin Mims Jr., Denver Broncos

— Love this pick in the second round, as he could be better than a few of the first rounders.

Sep 24, 2022; Norman, Oklahoma, USA; Oklahoma Sooners wide receiver Marvin Mims (17) catches a touchdown pass past Kansas State Wildcats cornerback Omar Daniels (4) during the first half at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.

2. Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts

— It’s a big need for the Colts with new QB Anthony Richardson, and Downs makes tough catches and is a round three value.

Dec 3, 2022; Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; North Carolina Tar Heels wide receiver Josh Downs (11) and Clemson Tigers safety Andrew Mukuba (1) at Bank of America Stadium.

3. Charlie Jones, Cincinnati Bengals

— They already have Jones many say in Trenton Irwin. Having both will provide great depth.

Nov 26, 2022; Bloomington, Indiana, USA; Purdue Boilermakers wide receiver Charlie Jones (15) catches a long pass for a touchdown against the Indiana Hoosiers during the second half at Memorial Stadium.

4. Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens

— He’s my favorite round one value and just what Lamar Jackson needs.

Nov 26, 2022; Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, USA; Boston College Eagles wide receiver Zay Flowers (4) against the Syracuse Orange during the second quarter at Alumni Stadium.

5. Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Brown

 — Jalin Hyatt gets the attention, but Tillman will be a better round three value.

Tennessee wide receiver Cedric Tillman (4) during Tennessee’s game against Georgia at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga., on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022.
