Scouting Report

Very good height and good size with good athletic traits of balance, hand quickness, and strength. His film shows him playing through the whistle and a very good competitor. Very good Gap blocker, coming off the ball with solid explosion and very good bend, hand placement, and leg drive. Good lateral movement and the ability to block on the move in Zone blocking but will struggle to get his head across in Reach blocks versus quicker defenders. Very good at blocking backers coming off the double teams. Very good vertical set with good set points displaying quick hands and very good strength in his punch. Solid jump set with solid set points and reaction to pass rush moves. Good processing to pick up stunts/twists and blitzing backers. Very good anchor dropping his hips and setting his feet to defeat the power rush. Overall, a good prospect who will receive Power-5 interest.
