Scouting Report

Davis has adequate height and size with an athletic build. He is a good Athlete with good Acceleration, Foot Quickness, and Agility, with solid Speed, Balance, and Change of Direction. He displays very good competitive toughness as a runner as he displays patience to follow his blockers and allows his blocks to develop. He has good Burst through the hole with good acceleration and is best as a linear runner with good vision and agility to make defenders miss in 1 on 1 situations. He has solid Balance and can break through arm tackles and keeps his legs moving through contact. Solid receiving skills, with solid hands, and catch on the run with a basic route tree. He will not dance around, nor force missed tackles with lateral agility and elusiveness. Davis has received 16 offers and could provide Special Teams snaps early in his career and become a rotational back in his latter career.
