The coaching changes at both Washington and Arizona are the catalyst for the continued player movement in the money-grubbing spectacle known as the transfer portal.
CB Jabbar Muhammad
Oregon Ducks (from Washington)
5’10”, 183 lbs.
A 2nd Team All-PAC 12 selection in 2023, Jabbar Muhammad was a terror on defense for the Huskies. Last season, Muhammad was the Babe Ruth of college football. A “Sultan of SWAT” in his own right, Muhammad swatted away an impressive 16 passes last season, including four against Oregon State and three in the national semifinal game vs Texas. In addition, Muhammad made 46 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, and three INTs.

Muhammad is the latest addition to a roster full of high-profile transfers that include WR Evan Stewart, QB Dante Moore, and Dillon Gabriel.
LB Bryun Parham
Washington Huskies (from San Jose State)
5’11”, 212 lbs.
In 2023, Bryun Parham led the Spartans with 106 tackles, to go with one INT, five tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, three pass breakups, and a forced fumble. Parham posted four games of double-digit tackles, including three in a row (34 tackles over that stretch), and has 199 career tackles to his credit. Parham was an Honorable Mention All-Mountain West.

DL BJ Green
Colorado Buffaloes (flipped from Washington)
6’0”, 260 lbs.
Last season, BJ Green played at Arizona State, where he recorded 39 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, 11 quarterback pressures, and a forced fumble. For his efforts, Green earned 2nd Team All-PAC 12 honors. Ironically, Green’s season-high came against Colorado where he recorded seven tackles against the Buffaloes in a 27-24 loss.
Green entered the portal and committed to Washington. But that pledge was not upheld when Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer was hired to replace Nick Saban at Alabama.

CB Ephesians Prysock
Washington Huskies (from Arizona)
6’4”, 180 lbs.
An Honorable Mention All-PAC 12 selection last season, Ephesians Prysock racked up 61 tackles, seven pass breakups, one INT, one tackle for loss, and a blocked kick. He recorded four games of six tackles or more.

Prysock is taking advantage of a 30-day transfer window and following his former head coach Jedd Fisch to Washington. Fisch replaces Kalen DeBoer.
OL Geiran Hatchett
Oklahoma Sooners (from Washington)
6’4”, 303 lbs.
In 2023, Geirean Hatchett appeared in 12 games and made four starts for a Huskies offensive line unit that won the Joe Moore Award as the top offensive line in college football. Hatchett now moves to a Sooners team that averaged 182 yards rushing and allowed 20 sacks in 2023.
