[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Michigan has picked up a big-time transfer in UCF defensive lineman Cam Goode. Goode is a 6’2″, 315-pound lineman who can rush the passer from the interior of the defensive line.

Out of high school, Goode was a three-star prospect out of Washington, DC. He originally committed to Virginia Tech but transferred to UCF early on in his career. During his time in Orlando, he appeared in 33 games and showed he also has a knack for knocking the ball loose being 12th in the nation in forced fumbles. He also had six sacks during his time with UCF.

Michigan will be adding a potential impact player who along with others could attempt to replace the pass rush they had last season such as David Ojabo and Aidan Hutchinson. I wouldn’t expect Cam Goode to be a game-changing force by himself, however, he could be a crucial contributor to a defensive line that has to stop heavy run offenses in the conference.

Goode is a three-star transfer prospect. I don’t expect him to become a major force on the Michigan defense but just a piece of the puzzle for the Wolverines.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
