Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss found another talented running back in the transfer portal. The Aggies of Texas A&M found some talent for both sides of the ball. USC upgraded their defensive secondary. And, Deion Sanders is looking to improve on Colorado’s abysmal rushing attack from a season ago.

RB Henry Parrish, Jr.

Ole Miss Rebels (from Miami)

5’10”, 190 lbs.

As the leading rusher for the Miami Hurricanes in 2023, Henry Parrish, Jr. rushed for 625 yards and six TDs, averaging 6.25 yards per carry. Parrish recorded two games of over 100 yards rushing, including 139 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-7 win over Temple. Against Boston College, Parrish rushed for 111 yards and two scores in a 45-20 win over the Eagles.

In 2020 and 2021, Parrish played for the Rebels and rushed for 816 yards and five touchdowns. Parrish will team up with Jacory Croskey-Merritt to form a dynamic duo in the Ole Miss backfield.

LB Solomon DeShields

Texas A&M Aggies (from Pitt)

6’3”, 225 lbs.

In 2023, Solomon DeShields racked up 58 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two sacks, and four quarterback pressures. In addition, DeShields posted five games of seven or more tackles, including eight tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss in a 38-21 loss vs Virginia Tech. For his collegiate career, DeShields has 86 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, and six sacks to his credit.
