Today, we profile yet another former Florida Gator player in the portal, along with an all-conference linebacker, an all-conference defensive back from the FCS, and more names in the transfer portal.

DL Princely Umanmielen

Florida Gators

6′-5″, 255 LBS

A 2nd Team All-SEC selection for the Gators, Umanmielen racked up 39 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, and 17 quarterback hurries.

Against Arkansas, he made six tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. In the Georgia game, Umanmielen racked up nine tackles.

A Manor, TX native, could Umanmielen receive an offer from the Texas Longhorns, SMU Mustangs, Houston Cougars, or Texas A&M Aggies? Only time will tell.

Umanmielen is one of several Florida players to hit the portal this week, as head coach Billy Napier is facing some player shortages as he works to manage his roster.

So far, Hastings has received offers from Boston College, Michigan State, Washington, Virginia Tech, Troy, Memphis, Illinois, and USF.

WR Josh Kelly

Washington State Cougars

6′-1″, 192 LBS

The leading receiver for the Cougars, Kelly hauled 61 passes for 923 yards and eight touchdowns.

Kelly recorded four games over 100 yards receiving, including three straight to end the season. His high game of the season was against Oregon State: eight catches, 159 yards, and three TDs in a 38-35 win.

Kelly has visited Notre Dame and will visit Utah and Texas Tech. He also has drawn interest from Penn State, Arkansas, Kansas State, and Tennessee.

Prior to Washington State, he spent four years at Fresno State. The Cougars already have lost QB Cameron Ward, who has already entered the transfer portal.

LB Sam Brumfield

Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders

5′-11″, 226 LBS

Brumfield led the team in tackles (81) & sacks (3.5) and was a 2nd Team All-Conference USA selection. He recorded double-digit tackles twice this season.

A native of Pearl, MS, Brumfield has offers from Colorado, Pittsburgh, and three SEC teams: Arkansas, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss.

DB Ethan Robinson

Bucknell Bison

6′-0″ 175 LBS

As a 1st Team All-Patriot League selection, Robinson recorded 50 tackles, three for loss, one sack, and one INT.

Robinson has several offers from such schools as Houston, Cincinnati, UCF, West Virginia, Purdue, Minnesota, Illinois, USC, Syracuse, Auburn, Arkansas, and Charlotte.

There are lots of talent in the transfer portal, and it will be interesting to see how teams manage their rosters for the rest of this month before the portal closes on January 2.
