LB Brendan Gant – Florida State
The skinny: The veteran grad transfer picked up immediate interest, which was followed with offers from Colorado, UCF, USF and Tennessee State. Numerous other schools are also close to officially joining the chase, with Memphis, Arizona State, Western Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas Tech, Arkansas, Duke and Houston all showing serious interest. Gant will add experience and depth to whatever defensive unit he joins.

WR Marquez Dortch – Mississippi State
The skinny: Dortch only entered the portal this morning, but has already picked up offers from Coastal Carolina, Middle Tennessee State, Liberty, South Alabama, Florida A&M, Missouri State, Jacksonville State and Southern Miss. Yesterday his first Power 5 offer came in from Cal, and with serious interest coming from other programs like USC, Penn State and Cincinnati, his process may be ready to explode.
DB Antonio Carter – Rhode Island
The skinny: Carter had to wait a day or two to really see his recruiting process explode, but once it did the process has been chaotic. Entering on Sunday, offers have come in from Texas A&M, Virginia, Utah State, Kentucky, Middle Tennessee State, UNLV, Baylor, Louisville, SMU, West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Minnesota, Oregon State and Georgia Tech. Don’t expect the offers to stop rolling in this week.
DE Cam Robertson – North Texas
The skinny: As a true freshman in 2022, Robertson showed more than enough potential to make him an immediate portal priority for a number of programs. Already holding offers from SMU, Colorado, Texas State, Indiana, Cincinnati, Cal and Western Kentucky, serious interest is also coming in from LSU, Maryland, TCU, Baylor, UCF and others.

DL Chazz Wallace – Old Dominion
The skinny: Wallace, who entered the portal on Monday, has been piling up the offers since then. While it started with Group of 5 offers from schools like Coastal Carolina, Western Kentucky, Georgia State, James Madison, Liberty, UConn, Miami-Ohio and Georgia Southern, Power 5 offers then began to roll in from Louisville, Cincinnati and Colorado. It will be interesting to see the direction his process takes in the coming days.
