TE Seydou Traore – Colorado (Arkansas State)
The skinny: A dynamic receiving threat, who finished with 50 receptions for 655 yards and four touchdowns in 2022, look for Coach Prime to immediately and consistenly utilize Traore in the Buffaloes offense this fall. As expected, Colorado was very active in the portal since the coaching change, but it may very well be Traore who makes the biggest impact in 2023.
DB Evan Williams – Oregon (Fresno State)
The skinny: The younger brother of former Duck defensive back Bennett Williams, Evan arrives in Eugene after an impressive career at Fresno State. Having totaled 226 tackles, 11 tackles for a loss, four interceptions, 12 pass breakups and three forced fumbles, he has the potential to be a day one starter at Oregon, while bringing experience to a position that could use some stability.

RB Cameron Skattebo – Arizona State (Sacramento State)
The skinny: Arizona State has been extremely active in the portal since new coach Kenny Dillingham arrived in Tempe. While many of the additions will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact in 2023, Skattebo has a chance to be a star in the PAC 12. Looking to replace departed running back Xazavian Valladay, who transferred in from Wyoming last year, he is a combination of power and athleticism who rushed for 1,382 yards and seven touchdowns in 2022.
WR Kyle Williams – Washington State (UNLV)
The skinny: While Washington State added several wide receivers through the portal, Williams is the choice to be the one who makes the biggest impact in 2023. Playing in 25 games during his time with the Rebels, he totaled 117 receptions, 1,568 yards and nine touchdowns. Now he arrives in Pullman with quarterback Cameron Ward returning and new offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle’s modified Air Raid offense being installed. Receptions will likely be shared by many, but Williams is still in line for a huge season.

OL Grant Starck – Oregon State (Nevada)
The skinny: The Beavers return four of five starters to what was a very successful offensive line in 2022. That open spot will likely be filled by Starck, who was a starter last season at Nevada. Starck, who played his high school football in Oregon, should seamlessly join the unit this fall and further enhance a rushing attack that averaged just under 200 yards per game last fall.
