Thousands of college football players changed schools during the off-season. Here is a closer look at the top performances from 2022/2023 transfers during the Week 4 of college football action:
QB Jack Plummer – Louisville (Cal)
Plummer completed 18 of 21 passes for 388 yards and five touchdowns during a 56-28 victory at Boston College. He also rushed for a touchdown.
QB Mikey Keene – Fresno State (UCF)
Keene completed 24-31 passes for 325 yards and four touchdowns during a 53-10 victory over Kent State.
QB Tanner Mordecai – Wisconsin (SMU)

Mordecai completed 17 of 27 yards for 174 yards and rushed for 44 yards and two touchdowns during a 38-17 victory at Purdue.
QB Brennan Armstrong – NC State (Virginia)
Armstrong completed 15 of 30 passes for 180 yards, two touchdowns and one interception and had a team-leading 64 yards rushing on 15 carries during a 24-21 victory over Virginia.
QB TJ Finley – Texas State (Auburn)
Finley completed 25 of 31 passes for 296 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during a 35-24 victory over Nevada.
QB Thomas Castellanos – Boston College (UCF)
Castellanos completed 17 of 33 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns during a 31-29 loss to Florida State. He also rushed for 49 yards and one touchdown on 10 carries.
QB Graham Mertz – Florida (Wisconsin)
Mertz completed 20 of 23 passes for 259 yards and one touchdown during a 22-7 victory over Charlotte.
QB Haynes King – Georgia Tech (Texas A&M)
King completed 16 of 27 passes for 222 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, and rushed for 53 yards on six carries, during a 30-16 victory at Wake Forest.

QB Ben Bryant – Northwestern (Cincinnati)
Bryant completed 33 of 49 passes for 396 yards and four touchdowns during a 37-34 overtime victory over Minnesota.
QB Kyron Drones – Virginia Tech (Baylor)
Drones completed 19 of 35 passes for 159 yards and rushed for 75 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries during a 24-17 loss at Marshall.
QB Donovan Smith – Houston (Texas Tech)
Smith completed 31 of 40 passes for 294 yards and one touchdown during a 38-7 victory over Sam Houston.
QB Luke Altmyer – Illinois (Ole Miss)
Altmyer completed 25 of 36 passes for 303 yards and one touchdown and rushed for another touchdown during a 23-17 victory over Florida Atlantic.
QB Davis Brin – Georgia Southern (Tulsa)
Brin completed 34 of 46 passes for 344 yards and four touchdowns during a 40-3 victory over Ball State.
QB Kedon Slovis – BYU (Pittsburgh)
Slovis completed 30 of 51 passes for 357 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during a 38-27 loss at Kansas.
QB Logan Smothers – Jacksonville State (Nebraska)
Smothers completed 9 of 19 passes for 93 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries during a 21-0 victory over Eastern Michigan.
RB Blake Watson – Memphis (Old Dominion)
Watson rushed for only 47 yards on 18 carries, but also had 9 receptions for 83 yards and one touchdown during a 34-27 loss at Missouri.
RB Ray Davis – Kentucky (Vanderbilt)
Davis rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries during a 45-28 victory over Vanderbilt.
RB MarShawn Lloyd – USC (South Carolina)
Lloyd rushed for 154 yards on 14 carries during a 42-28 victory at Arizona State.

RB Logan Diggs – LSU (Notre Dame)
Diggs rushed for 97 yards on 14 carries during a 34-31 victory over Arkansas.
RB Cameron Skattebo – Arizona State (Sacramento State)
Skattebo rushed for 111 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries, had four receptions for 79 yards and one touchdown and even completed two of three pass attempts for 42 yards during a 42-28 loss to USC.
RB Ishmail Mahdi – Texas State (Houston Christian)
Mahdi rushed for 216 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries during a 35-24 victory over Nevada.
RB Malik Jackson – Jacksonville State (Louisiana-Monroe)
Jackson rushed for 127 yards on 21 carries during a 21-0 victory over Eastern Michigan.
RB Billy Lucas – Liberty (Duquesne)
Lucas rushed for 102 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries during a 38-6 victory over Florida International.
RB Harrison Waylee – Wyoming (Northern Illinois)
Waylee rushed for 156 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries during a 22-19 victory over Appalachian State.
RB Mario Anderson – South Carolina (D2 Newberry)
Anderson rushed for 88 yards and one touchdown on 26 carries during a 37-30 victory over Mississippi State.
WR Jamari Thrash – Louisville (Georgia State)
Thrash finished with five receptions for 71 yards and one touchdown during a 56-28 victory at Boston College.
WR Keon Coleman – Florida State (Michigan State)
Coleman had five receptions for 86 yards and two touchdowns during a 31-24 overtime victory at Clemson.
WR Josh Kelly – Washington State (Fresno State)
Kelly finished with eight receptions for 159 yards and three touchdowns during a 38-35 victory over Oregon State.

WR Ryan O’Keefe – Boston College (UCF)
O’Keefe finished with five receptions for 86 yards and one touchdown during a 56-28 loss to Louisville.
WR Courtney Jackson – Arkansas State (Syracuse)
Jackson finished with three receptions for 94 yards and two touchdowns during a 44-37 victory over Southern Miss.
WR Kyle Williams – Washington State (UNLV)
Williams had seven receptions for a team-high 174 yards and one touchdown during a 38-35 victory over Oregon State.
WR Naiem Simmons – USF (Wagner)
Simmons had eight receptions for 282 yards and one touchdown during a 42-29 victory over Rice.
WR Darius Lassiter – BYU (Eastern Michigan)
Lassiter finished with eight receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown during a 38-27 loss at Kansas.
WR Joey Hobert – Texas State (Utah Tech)
Hobert had nine receptions for 90 yards and one touchdown during a 35-24 victory over Nevada.
WR Kole Wilson – Texas State (Incarnate Word)
Wilson had four receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown during a 35-24 victory over Nevada.
WR Anthony Simpson – UMass (Arizona)
Simpson had five receptions for 104 yards and one touchdown during a 34-31 loss to New Mexico.
WR Malik Washington – Virginia (Northwestern)
Washington finished with 10 receptions for 170 yards and two touchdowns during a 24-21 loss to NC State.

WR Andrel Anthony – Oklahoma (Michigan)
Anthony finished with a team-leading seven receptions for 117 during a 20-6 victory at Cincinnati.
WR Xavier Weaver – Colorado (USF)
Weaver had a team-high nine receptions for 75 yards during a 42-6 loss at Oregon.
WR Holden Willis – Middle Tennessee State (USF)
Willis had nine receptions for 118 yards and one touchdown during a 31-23 loss at Colorado State.
TE Dallin Holker – Colorado State (BYU)
Holker had 11 receptions for 112 yards and one touchdown during a 31-23 victory over Middle Tennessee State.

DL Darian Varner – Wisconsin (Temple)
Varner finished with two tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and a fumble recovery during a 38-17 victory at Purdue.
DL Eyabi Okie-Anoma – Charlotte (Michigan)
Okie-Anoma finished with eight tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and one sack during a 22-7 loss at Florida.
DL Javontae Jean-Baptiste – Notre Dame (Ohio State)
Jean-Baptiste finished with eight tackles during a 17-14 loss to Ohio State.
DL Austin Booker – Kansas (Minnesota)
Booker finished with a team-high seven tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss and 1.5 sacks during a 38-27 victory over BYU.
LB Nick Jackson – Iowa (Virginia)
Jackson finished with 13 tackles and 2.5 tackles for a loss during a 31-0 loss at Penn State.
LB Nikhai Hill-Green – Charlotte (Michigan)
Hill-Green finished with eight tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and one sack during a 22-7 loss at Florida.
LB Zach Zimos – Louisiana Tech (Arkansas)
Zimos finished with a team-high nine tackles, two tackles for a loss and one sack during a 28-14 loss at Nebraska.
LB Demetrius Knight – Charlotte (Georgia Tech)
Knight finished with eight tackles, two tackles for a loss and one sack during a 22-7 loss at Florida.
LB Brevin Randle – Louisiana Tech (Stephen F. Austin)
Randle finished with eight tackles, two tackles for a loss, one sack and one pass breakup during a 28-14 loss at Nebraska.
LB Dorian Jones – Cincinnati (Louisville)
Jones finished with a team-leading 13 tackles, plus he added one tackle for a loss and one sack during a 20-6 loss to Oklahoma.

LB Julien Simon – Tulsa (USC)
Simon finished with seven tackles and 2.5 tackles for a loss during a 22-14 victory over Northern Illinois.
LB Tate Romney – Arizona State (BYU)
Romney finished with seven tackles, one tackle for a loss and a pass breakup during a 42-28 loss to USC.
LB Joe Andreessen – Buffalo (Bryant)
Andreessen finished with nine tackles and one tackle for a loss during a 45-38 loss to Louisiana.
LB AJ Vongphachanh – BYU (Utah State)
Vongphachanh finished with seven tackles and 1.5 tackles for a loss during a 38-27 loss at Kansas.
LB Jaheim Thomas – Arkansas (Cincinnati)
Thomas finished with a team-high 13 tackles during a 34-31 loss to LSU.
DB TyGee Leach – Georgia State (Lehigh)
Leach finished with a game-high 11 tackles during a 30-17 victory at Coastal Carolina.
DB Juan Powell – Coastal Carolina (East Carolina)
Powell had a team-leading nine tackles, as well as 1.5 tackles for a loss and one pass breakup, during a 30-17 loss to Georgia State.
DB Evan Williams – Oregon (Fresno State)
Williams finished with four tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and 1.5 sacks during a 42-6 victory over Colorado.

DB Jarron Morris – Florida Atlantic (Texas State)
Morris finished with 11 tackles and two tackles for a loss during a 23-17 loss at Illinois.
DB Khyree Jackson – Oregon (Alabama)
Jackson had four tackles and three pass breakups during a 42-6 victory over Colorado.
DB Andre Sam – LSU (Tulane)
Sam finished with seven tackles, .5 tackles for a loss and one interception during a 34-31 victory over Arkansas.
