In college football recruiting, early signing day is one of the year's most stressful and drama-filled days. This year, national signing day (NSD) will be no different. With many high-profile players announcing their college choice and many committed stars on flip watch, we will look at some of the more intriguing NSD planned commitments and potential flips.

1. Kadyn Proctor To Tuscaloosa

The 5-star OT had been committed to Iowa since June, and rumors of flipping have circulated his entire recruitment. Every year, Alabama manages to flip at least one player, and this year, Kaydn Proctor was that guy. Early on, Oregon seemed they would compete to steal him, but they faded out, leaving the hometown Hawkeyes and the Crimson Tide fighting for the touted linemen. The Tide received numerous predictions for Proctor and had 4-star linemen Raymond Pulido back off his pledge, making room for Kadyn. In the end, the inevitable happen, and Alabama completed the flip as this article was being written.

2. LaNorris Sellers To Columbia?

The South Florence QB committed to Syracuse in March and has stayed out of the news until this morning. Despite his commitment, South Carolina has continued to push for the talented signal caller. This morning, two crystal ball predictions for South Carolina were imputed for Sellers. With Signing day tomorrow, I believe LaNorris Sellers signs with the Gamecocks.

3. DeAndre Moore Jr To Austin?

The SoCal 4-star receiver committed to Louisville alongside teammate and QB commit Pierce Clarkson. With HC Scott Satterfield leaving to coach the Bearcats, many believed the duo would back off their pledge, but with Clarkson sticking with the Cardinals, I find it hard to believe they split up and sign with different schools.

Desmond Ricks re-classified to the 2023 class and is now ready to commit tomorrow and sign with his future school. Ricks is reportedly deciding between Florida, Alabama, and LSU. I believe Ricks will either sign with the Tigers or the Tide tomorrow, but for now, based on what we know about his recruitment, LSU is the team he will choose tomorrow and should add to an impressive DB class in 2023.

5. Damon Wilson

Venice High defensive lineman Damon Wilson (#11) brings down Miami Columbus running back Denim Edwards (#6). Venice defeated Miami Columbus 35-7 to win the Class 8A semi-final in Venice.

This one is obvious despite many schools pushing for the touted 5-star, only one team has received multiple visits and all the attention from the Miami EDGE that school is Georgia. In fact, the Dawgs received a prediction hours ago to land Wilson solidifying this as a Georgia lock.

6. Qua Russaw/James Smith

Qua Russaw and James Smith are a package duo. The 5-star defensive prospects from Alabama will be committing to the same school and are believed to be choosing Georgia, Alabama, or Florida. Qua and James hold multiple predictions for the Crimson Tide, and I predict Nick Saban will land both touted prospects.

7. Jordan Hall

Jordan Hall is another big-name DL prospect announcing his commitment this week. The Jacksonville product is deciding between Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and LSU. Hall has many predictions to commit to Georgia, and I believe that is where he ends up.
