2024 recruiting is wrapped up. Here are the most important QB commitments this cycle, in my humble opinion.
1. Dylan Raiola to Nebraska
— Matt Rhule needs to build this thing through evaluation and recruiting, and adding Raiola is massive. This will reap benefits in 2025 recruiting and beyond.

2. DJ Lagway to Florida
— Lagway was a must-get for Billy Napier after the Jaden Rashada debacle, and he has a bright future. When Austin Simmons reclassified and decommitted, Lagway became even more important and is massive for Napier.

3. Luke Kromenhoek to Florida State
— The cupboard isn’t bare at FSU, but it’s not full either, and a developmental player like Kromenhoek is crucial to depth and long-term stability at the position.

4. Jadyn Davis to Michigan
— Jim Harbaugh needed to close this one out as the North Carolina star was a heavy lean forever but didn’t pull the trigger for what seemed like the longest time. Now, Sherrone Moore will benefit from Harbaugh’s hard work. Michigan is becoming more appetizing for QB recruits.

5. Julian Sayin to Ohio State
— Via Alabama, of course. He wasn’t on my earlier lists, but with the Buckeyes QB issues, he’s looking more and more like a massive get for Ryan Day.

6. Walker White to Auburn
— Hugh Freeze needed a big QB recruit in his first full year, and White has a chance to be crucial in this rebuild. He’s honestly the future of the program at the position as the cupboard is bare.

7. Elijah Brown to Stanford
— Troy Taylor needed to make a splash in recruiting as things have become stagnant, and Brown is a massive get. He will bring much-needed skill position talent with him.

8. CJ Carr to Notre Dame
— ND quarterback recruiting hasn’t been elite in recent years, so landing Carr, a Michigan legacy with a high ranking, was huge. You could argue he’s the most anticipated signal caller to head to ND since Jimmy Clausen.

9. Mabrey Mettauer to Wisconsin
— A new head coach, a new offensive coordinator, and a new offense need an elite quarterback, and Mettauer has a huge ceiling. The Trevor Lawrence vibes go beyond the great hair despite his injury at the end of the prep season.

10. Cutter Boley to Kentucky
— Mark Stoops needs to keep elite kids home, especially a quarterback of Boley’s caliber. It would have been a disaster to lose him.
