Elite 11 has finalized its list of 20 quarterbacks for the 2024 finals. The prestigious event will take place in Los Angeles, CA from June 18-20. Below is the full list of passers who look to show off their skillsets and join the illustrious list of former Elite 11 winners.
Bryce Baker
Kernersville, NC (East Forsyth)

The four-star passer was given the ninth Elite 11 offer following a strong performance in the Atlanta regional. Baker committed to North Carolina on June 27th, 2023 and was the Tar Heels’ first commit in the class of 2025.

Ty Hawkins

TCU’s highest-rated 2025 commit becomes the program’s fifth quarterback commit to attend the Elite 11 Finals. A dual threat who ran for nearly 1,000 in each of the last two seasons, Hawkins was the fourth player from the Dallas regional to be selected.

Longtime Florida State commit Tramell Jones Jr. was only the fourth to get an Elite 11 invite following the Oxford regional. Jones Jr. is on the smaller size at 6’0″, 196 pounds but has been very effective, throwing for over 3,000 yards and 33 touchdowns a season ago.

Knight bounced around high schools, but his arm and size was never a question, leading him to 25 offers and a commitment to Notre Dame. The 6’4.5″ 206-pound QB also got an invite after the Oxford regional.

KJ Lacey
Saraland, AL
#88 NAT, #10 QB, #8 AL
The Alabama 6A runner-up is a little undersized at 6’0″, 175 pounds but is incredibly productive with 6,625 yards and 82 touchdowns in two seasons. The Texas commit was the third to receive an Elite 11 invite from the Dallas Regional.

TJ Lateef
Orange, CA (Orange Lutheran)

TJ Lateef, a recent Nebraska commit from Southern California possesses a lively arm and has a lot of promise for the Cornhuskers. He attended the Los Angeles regional, receiving one of two invites to the final roster.

Julian Lewis
Carrollton, GA
#9 NAT, #2 QB, #3 GA
Once the top 2026 quarterback before reclassifying, Lewis got the eighth invite from the Atlanta regional. Committed to USC, he threw for 48 touchdowns to two interceptions at Georgia 7A powerhouse Carrollton last season.

Husan Longstreet

The Texas A&M commit, Husan Longstreet had an impressive 31 offers to choose from. Longstreet came from the Los Angeles Regional, gaining the first invite.

George MacIntyre

Tennessee’s top player had a collection of 36 offers and has one of the highest ceilings of the 2025 class. The dual-sport athlete committed to the Volunteers and attended the Oxford regional.

Alex Manske

One of Iowa’s best players – and the Iowa State commit makes the second Cyclone Elite 11 performer in three years. Manske attended the Las Vegas regional and could be one of the biggest rankings risers with a good performance.

Ryan Montgomery

The second-best passer in the Buckeye State committed to Georgia over 27 offers. Montgomery attended the State College regional, one of three selections from the regional.

Luke Nickel

The two-time Texas 6A-1 State Champion is one of SMUs best recruits since the 1980s and has been rising up the rankings. Russell attended the Dallas regional and received the second finals invite.

Jaron Keawe Sagapolutele

Sagapolutele is the best quarterback recruit from Hawaii in years and Elite 11 could jumpstart his recruitment with a strong performance. He received the final invite, attending the Las Vegas regional.

Akili Smith Jr.

The Oregon commit has a great frame at 6’5″, 200 pounds, and is a top pocket passer in 2025. Smith Jr. could be an early favorite, despite claiming the second-to-last invite, also from the Las Vegas regional.

Kevin Sperry

The Oklahoma commit looks to join recent Sooners like Jackson Arnold, Spencer Rattler, and Caleb Williams to be named Elite 11 MVP. Sperry threw for 31 touchdowns to four interceptions in 2023.

Tavien St. Clair

Ohio’s best player – committed to the Buckeyes for nearly a year now – should be seen as a favorite before the finals. St. Clair threw for nearly 4,000 yards and 37 touchdowns and was the only invitee from the Columbus regional.

Kamario Taylor

Taylor, a recruiting riser and one of Mississippi State’s most important commits has proven himself as a fantastic camp performer in the past. He was honored as the Alphadog by 247 Sports for his performance at the Atlanta regional, which has brought him back for the finals.

Malik Washington

The only other uncommitted Elite 11 finalist, Washington could springboard a strong performance into a commitment, or perhaps more offers. After officially visiting Virginia Tech in April, the State College regional attendee has three more official visits set to UCF, Syracuse, and Maryland.

Matt Zollers
Royersford, PA, (Spring-Ford)

Missouri commit and State College regional attendee Matt Zollers is another to look out for. He burst onto the recruiting scene later than most and threw for 37 touchdowns to two interceptions in his junior year.
