Mike Farrell’s Top 2024 Running Back Commits

Mike Farrell ranks Quinton Martin, Kameron Davis, and the other most important 2024 RB commitments

2024 recruiting is heating up. Here are the most important RB commitments so far in my humble opinion.

1. Quinton Martin to Penn State

— PSU has been killing it at RB lately, and landing the best player in the WPIAL to keep that going is massive.

Belle Vernon Area’s Quinton Martin runs against Aliquippa in the WPIAL Class 4A championship game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

2. Kameron Davis to Florida State

— An elite RB from Georgia that the Bulldogs want badly is always a big deal and an example of how well Mike Norvell is recruiting.

2024 four-star running back Kameron Davis from Albany, GA (Dougherty)

3. Jordan Marshall to Michigan

— A win over Ohio State in Ohio is always a big deal and speaks to the RB recruiting and development of late in Ann Arbor.

Moeller running back Jordan Marshall (24) carries the ball during a playoff game between Mason and Moeller high schools Friday, Nov. 11, 2022.

4. Davion Gause to North Carolina

— A south Florida commit who was wanted by all the big boys not only in the sunshine state but the entire Southeast is a big deal.

Chaminade-Madonna’s Davion Gause (7) runs the ball down the field. Chaminade-Madonna shutout Berkeley Prep 21-0 to claim the 3A State Championship title at Gene Cox Stadium on Friday, Dec. 10, 2021.

5. Aneyas Williams to Notre Dame

— One of the top all-purpose backs in the country from Missouri, the commit of Williams is a flex for Notre Dame in the Midwest.

Sep 3, 2022; Columbus, Ohio, USA; Ohio State Buckeye recruit RB Aneyas Williams (2024) before the NCAA football game between Ohio State Buckeyes and Notre Dame Fighting Irish at Ohio Stadium.
