Getting the right guy to be your team’s signal-caller has never been more important. Here are some uncommitted 2025 quarterbacks that are gaining some popularity on the recruiting trail:
QB Madden Iamaleava
Downey, CA
The 6’3″, 185 lb. quarterback currently holds 18 offers (2 in January 2024), including offers from Auburn, SMU, Colorado, and most recently Cal. Iamaleava is the younger brother of Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava.
In his junior season, his first as a starter (He was the backup for his older brother previously), he did not disappoint, throwing for 3,600 yards and 43 touchdowns. There’s a long way to go for teams trying to land Iamaleava, but look out for Deion Sanders and the Colorado down the stretch.
Early Prediction: Colorado
QB Matt Zollers
Royersford, PA
This 6’4″, 205 lb. signal-caller currently holds 18 offers (13 in January 2024), including offers from Penn State, Florida, Georgia, and Nebraska. In 2023, his junior season as an all-state selection, Zollers completed 182 of 290 passes (62.8%) for 2,917 yards with 37 TDs and 2 INTs. As seen in his numbers and highlights, Zollers is not afraid to extend plays with his legs and goes through multiple progressions instead of forcing the ball.

Very early in his recruitment, Zollers is slated to visit Florida and Georgia this weekend, fresh off of a visit to USF. I would give a slight lean to Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs, albeit a very early prediction. I expect this recruitment to continue to ramp up for the rest of 2024.
Early Prediction: Georgia
QB Jackson Kollock
Laguna Beach, CA

— Jackson Kollock (@jackson_kollock) January 27, 2024
The 6’4″, 215 lb. quarterback currently holds 8 offers, including offers from UNLV, Colorado, Minnesota, and most recently, Oregon State. In Kollock’s junior season, he threw for 3,174 yards and forty-one touchdowns at a 58% completion rate. Kollock shows a willingness to run and a great ability to extend plays when needed.
Kollock was committed to Washington before Kalen DeBoer departed to Alabama and decommitted on January 14th. Kollock is slated to be in Miami this weekend, visiting with Coach Mario Cristobal and staff in what I expect to be just one activity in a very busy rest of his recruitment. This race is way too early to call, but I would give a slight edge to Oregon State at this point.
Early prediction: Oregon State
QB Leo Hannan
Anaheim, CA
The 6’4″, 200 lb. signal-caller currently holds 15 offers, including offers from Colorado, BYU, Michigan State, and most recently Arkansas. Hannan, in his junior season, threw for 2,429 yards and fourteen touchdowns on a 63.8% completion rate. Watching Hannan’s highlights, he can make throws anywhere on the field and can go through multiple progressions before making a throw.
While we have a long way to go in Hannan’s recruitment, I would keep an eye on Michigan State and Coach Jonathan Smith to get Hannan on campus soon.
