One of the nation’s top 2024 receivers, the 6’2, 205-pound pass catcher had his choice of 42 offers, including Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, Texas A&M, and Oregon.
Wingo is Texas’ 19th commit of the class, bumping them up from the 17th to the 13th best class. He is the third five-star who pledged to Texas in the class of 2024.

EDGE Elijah Rushing
Tucson, AZ (Salpointe Catholic)
#28 NAT, #3 NAT, #1 AZ
After decommitting from Arizona earlier in October, Oregon was the early pick to be his new school and received two crystal balls on the eighth. On the 24th, Rushing picked up two more crystal balls to Oregon. The On3 RPM also gives Rushing a 91.4%, and Rivals gives a 75% chance of committing to the Ducks.

Multiple 2024 Oregon commits like Luke Moga and Fox Crader, plus many fans have tweeted out #Rushing2Eugene. Rushing has been quiet since de-committing but may be making a decision and land in the Pacific Northwest.

Rushing would be the 24th commit and second five-star for Oregon in the class of 2024. They currently have the ninth-best class, and a commit from the 6’6, 251-pound prospect would move them to the sixth-best class, per the 247Sports class calculator.

QB Jackson Kollock
Laguna Beach, CA (Laguna Beach)
#558 NAT, #44 QB, #60 CA
The Washington Huskies have found their QB for the class of 2025, and Kollock found his school after a visit to the Oregon game on October 14th.

In August, contributing author Cory Lemer wrote this evaluation after discussing a visit to Minnesota:
Kollock will enter his Junior season in the fall leaving only two years of film to evaluate him. The Laguna Beach quarterback tossed thirty-two touchdowns to only three interceptions with over two thousand passing yards in his Sophomore season. He has an elite build for the QB position; standing at 6-5 215, and displays a great arm with solid accuracy. However, his pocket presence can use work as he tends to lose sight of where defenders are at times. Kollock is capable of using his legs to escape the pocket and create big plays for his offense. As a QB, he displays the traits he needs to be successful; however, with two years of High School left, his traits can be improved to prepare him for the next level.
Kollock is the first commit for the Huskies in 2025. They currently have the 42nd-best class in 2024.

S Reggie Powers
Dayton, OH (Centerville)
#275 NAT, #31 S, #11 OH
Another uncommitted prospect with many recent predictions, all signs are pointing to Oklahoma. Since the 20th, Powers has received five crystal balls, and the RPM gives a 93.4% chance to play for the Sooners. He also visited Oklahoma last weekend for their game against UCF.

Powers had been committed to Michigan State until September 26th, 16 days after Mel Tucker was originally suspended and one day before he was officially fired.
The 6’1, 200-pound recruit has only gained one offer — Illinois — since decommitting. Oklahoma offered on September 21st and thus was not in his most recent top five, released on May 25th.

The Sooners have the seventh-highest-ranked class in 2024. A commit from Powers, their 28th in the class, would move them up one spot to #6.

RB Justin Baker
Buford GA, (Buford)
#372 NAT, #35 RB, #42 GA
Baker, a high three-star from one of the top high school programs in the country, announced his commitment to Tennessee on Wednesday night.

The 5’9, 205-pound back accumulated 20 offers, including from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, and. The latter two, in addition to Tennessee, were in Baker’s top six from July. NC State, Ole Miss, and South Carolina were also in the top six.
Baker is Tennessee’s third commit in 2025, putting them at 15th in the early 2025 recruiting rankings.
