Scouting Report

Malone displays a solid understanding of pocket pressure and is not afraid to move around the pocket. He will always look for an open receiver first and only run if needed. The transfer from IMG displays a solid understanding of the three-step drop and displays the ability to read the defense while keeping his head on a swivel. Overall, Jamar Malone is an above-average prospect who could use fine-tuning his skills. With two years of high school left and good size at 6’2″, 205lbs, Malone has a bright future.
