Scouting Report

Standing at 6-3 205 pounds, Ryan Montgomery has a solid build for the QB position. Montgomery keeps his head downfield 24/7 and stands strong in the pocket while taking hits. Throwing the ball downfield seems easy for him, and he is not afraid to throw 50/50 balls or balls into tight windows. He can hit all levels and sides of the field with decent accuracy. He is not a runner but can roll out of the pocket to escape pressure. Working through his progressions is a trait he should work on more. Accuracy, mechanics, and footwork should be fine-tuned as well.
