Scouting Report

Jackson has good height and weight. Displays good AA with very good acceleration, change of direction, good contact balance, foot quickness, and play strength. Shows good inside running ability to read his blocks and use solid bursts combined with very good acceleration to shoot through the hole and gain yards upfield. Shows very good outside running ability to get to the edge by following his blocks and uses very good COD to cut and make guys miss as well as very good acceleration to get upfield. Shows good ability in the passing game with solid route development and good hands to catch in motion. Adequate patience on inside runs; doesn’t always let his blocks develop in front of him. Adequate vision on inside runs; was seen at times running into the backs of his OL + not consistently seeing the holes develop in front of him. Needs to work on patience and vision on inside runs, but can see him as a complementary back who should be utilized on outside runs to showcase his acceleration/speed while also being sufficient in the passing game.
