Standing at 6-3 205 pounds, Damon Wrighster has a great build for the QB position. Ryland has solid pocket presence but seems to have more accuracy on throws outside the pocket. He has decent footwork and solid mechanics, both of which can be tweaked. Jesse is not a running threat, but he has solid escapability with the ball in his hands. After sitting for a year or two for development, Jesse will become a solid G5 QB.
