The Tar Heels land their fourth offensive lineman from the portal, and he is a good one. Jedd Fisch and the Washington Huskies lure a talented wide receiver away from the Valley of the Sun. A talented defensive back from the deep south makes his way to Tobacco Road.

WR Audric Harris

Washington Huskies (from Arizona)

6’0”, 185 lbs.

After accepting a scholarship to Arizona and head coach Jedd Fisch in December, Audric Harris later asked to be released from his scholarship with the Wildcats so he could follow Fisch to the Pacific Northwest, as Fisch replaced Kalen DeBoer as the head man at the University of Washington.

Harris was a 3-star prospect out of Las Vegas and Bishop Gorman High School. As a senior, Harris caught 51 passes for 1,051 yards and 13 touchdowns. Harris fills a position of great need for the Huskies as the entire starting WR corps from last season is headed off to the NFL.

OL Jakiah Leftwich

North Carolina Tar Heels (from Georgia Tech)

6’6”, 311 lbs.

As the fourth offensive lineman picked up by the Tar Heels from the transfer portal, Jakiah Leftwich started four games for the Yellow Jackets in 2023. Leftwich helped lead Georgia Tech to the top of the ACC in rushing with 197 yards per contest, and in sacks allowed with 15.

Former Georgia Tech OT Jakiah Leftwich has committed to UNC, marking the fourth offensive lineman to join from the Transfer Portal this Sunday.

S Donovan Kaufman

NC State Wolfpack (from Auburn)

WR Da’Wain Lofton

Oklahoma State Cowboys (from Va. Tech)

5’11”, 189 lbs.
